Jadian Announces Strategic Alliance with Enliven Software, LLC

11/26/2007 2:50 PM

Lansing, November 26, 2007: Jadian enterprises, a Lansing-based compliance and inspection management solution provider, today announced a strategic alliance with Enliven Software, a leading provider of e-Invoicing and e-Payment solutions. The two companies plan to create an integration between their software offerings to create a powerful turnkey solution for the large and growing worldwide compliance market.

The two companies will work together to support the development and testing of the integrated solution as well as engage in joint marketing initiatives such as trade show events, marketing campaigns, and mutual website representation. The alliance will allow both companies to drive new growth opportunities and has the potential to contribute positively to the mid-Michigan economy.

jadian enterprises develops solutions that help enforcement bodies manage compliance, inspections, work orders, licenses and permits, and enforcement activities. Although the solution currently supports eBusiness initiatives, the alliance with Enliven greatly extends this capability. Jadian’s customers will now be able to accept electronic payments for compliance related charges such as application fees, inspection services, and fines through a variety of mechanisms including electronic check (ACH), credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover), Google checkout, PayPal, and Amazon. Further, this payment information can be passed seamlessly to the customer’s existing accounting system for end-to-end, paperless processing.

“The alliance with Enliven helps take our compliance management software to another level and moves us closer to our goal of providing end-to-end solutions,” said Jerry Norris, President and CEO of Jadian enterprises. “By extending our solution to include a wide variety of online payment processing options, we’re able to provide much more value to our customers. In addition to the strengthening of our product, I am also happy that we were able to meet Enliven at a local IT event co-sponsored by LINC, the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, Lansing Community College, and the Lansing Regional SmartZone. It really shows that there is a chance for IT growth in mid-Michigan. Our hope is that the
synergies help both companies grow and add technology jobs to the Lansing area.”

Enliven software provides Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable online interfaces to help streamline treasury management, and is scalable to businesses of any size or industry. Enliven’s Fidesic product works hand-in-hand with an organization’s existing accounting system to automate all aspects of the day-to-day payables, payments and receivables processes, including invoice receipt and generation, approval, and paper, credit card and electronic payment. Fidesic supports both inter-company workflow between customers and vendors, and intra-company workflow to manage the internal approval and communication processes within a company.

“We are really excited about this partnership with Jadian enterprises,” said Bunmi Akinyemiju, CEO of Enliven Software. “Teaming up with Jadian represents a key milestone for us in our strategy to deliver strong vertical solutions for all aspects of the healthcare market. Jadian’s technology solutions in the healthcare quality assessment and safety compliance market align with Enliven’s mission. Our dedication is to build technologies and work with partners that are equally dedicated to leveraging technical expertise to solve problems facing the healthcare industry and the patients that it serves.
