Jerry Norris created the original solution architecture more than 18 years ago and has been a driving force in the product vision ever since.  He has lead the reorganization of the company over the past year and a half, providing the leadership required to improve customer satisfaction, rework jadian's processes, and develop markets in the Americas and Asia.  Jerry is an accomplished software engineer, statistician, and business process improvement expert.  He is internationally recognized as a trainer and consultant for ISO 9000 quality systems and its many derivatives (e.g. QS9000).  In addition, Jerry has over 13 years of experience as a certified auditor, performing field audits within numerous industries for numerous standards.  Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Michigan (1988).

Karen Griggs provides extensive consulting and practical marketing experience to the team.  For the past 15 years, she has been involved in strategy development, market research, program and channel development, new product launch planning, marketing executive, proposal writing and sales support across a variety of technology-related industries.  Karen maintains a close watch on customer needs and the latest technology developments by participating in selected client projects in a management capacity.  Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Northwestern University (1988) and an MBA in Marketing from Michigan State University (1993), where she was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.

Kim Griggs has extensive experience monitoring financial performance, managing personnel, addressing human resource and corporate issues, and maintaining forecast, budget, and cost information.  Her career and academic achievements have ensured that she is able to analyze situations from a variety of perspectives.  Her analytical skills, attention to detail, and common sense approach are backed by 15 years of practical financial and personnel management experience.  Kim received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Michigan State University (1993), graduating Magna Cum Laude and elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.  In 1995, she obtained a Master's of Taxation from the University of South Florida.  Kim received a Certificate of Merit from the Florida Institute of CPAs, awarded to the ten highest scorers on the Florida uniform CPA exam.

Guy Metz is the chief architect responsible for the development of jadian's base software code and technical architecture.  He specializes in object-oriented design and analysis (including framework design) and systems level programming.  Guy also possesses a sharp business acumen that, when combined with over 20 years of technical experience, makes him uniquely talented to fulfill his role with jadian.  Guy holds dual Bachelor degrees in Chemistry and Geology.  Both were attained at the University of Delaware in 1981.
