Using EQ/M, enforcement bodies can schedule inspections and
follow-up visits for a variety of sites or client types, take samples and
monitor lab results, track nonconformances and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA),
assess fines and penalties, address complaints and appeals, and issue permits /
licenses / certificates. |

The field inspection module can be used with handheld computers
and mobile printers for immediate delivery of onsite reports. Supervisors
can manage inspector workloads as well as review and approve inspection findings
and enforcement actions. |

With the eServices option, organizations can offer services such as online
inspection results and ePayment of fees and fines. Online dashboards
provide supervisors with the information they need to improve compliance and
overall performance. EQ/M's open technology architecture enables
